Enquiries and client services
We use your name, email address, document category, countries of issue and use, quantity, timing and message to respond to your enquiry and arrange a requested service. Initial enquiries do not require document uploads. If documents are needed for an accepted service, we explain the relevant submission arrangements separately.
Why we use information
We process information as necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and perform an agreed service. We may also rely on legitimate interests in handling business correspondence, securing the form and managing claims, and comply with legal obligations for relevant records. The form is not a marketing subscription.
Hosting, email and delivery
Our website and domain email are hosted by Simply.com. Enquiries are sent to info@danishapostille.com and forwarded to our business correspondence inbox ktmeke@gmail.com, provided by Google. The form uses the retained WordPress mail configuration. Information needed to perform the accepted service may be shared with the relevant authority and agreed providers, including DHL Express for return delivery. Providers may process information internationally; applicable safeguards and the specific provider arrangements must be considered for the service involved. Contact us for information about these arrangements.
Security and retention
The contact form uses an essential security session, validation and submission limits. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Enquiries and service correspondence are retained only as long as needed for the request, agreed work, relevant legal obligations and handling claims. We review records and remove information no longer needed. Website forms are not a document storage portal.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for future use. Contact info@danishapostille.com. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
The WhatsApp button opens an external service provided by Meta with its own privacy terms. It is a link, not an embedded chat tracker. You may instead contact us by email.
Website technologies
Optional analytics: if you accept analytics in the consent panel, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure page visits, WhatsApp clicks, email clicks and confirmed form submissions. We do not send names, email addresses, entered document details or WhatsApp message contents. Automatic outbound-link and form tracking are disabled. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) may persist for up to two years. Your consent choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. You can refuse or withdraw using Cookie settings; essential form security remains available. Advertising storage, Google signals and personalised advertising are disabled.
