02We arrange the apostillePersonal handling in Denmark
We check the received document and arrange the agreed apostille handling with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We contact you if preparation needs attention.
03DHL Express to youTracked return to your address
After legalisation, we send your document to your confirmed return address with DHL Express and share tracking. Delivery timing depends on the destination.

Which Danish documents can you help with?

Our service range covers eligible Danish marriage and personal certificates, education documents, police-issued criminal record certificates, official company extracts and selected notarial acts. Translation coordination can be discussed where the underlying document and endorsement route qualify. Start by telling us what the document is, who issued it and where it will be used. We assess the relevant route before agreeing the handling. We do not treat every document or notarised copy as automatically eligible.

Do I need an apostille for the country where I will use my document?

The destination and receiving organisation are part of the first assessment. Certain public documents presented between EU authorities are exempt from apostille requirements, while other situations can call for an apostille or additional legalisation. We ask what the document will be used for before recommending a paid service. If the receiving authority has sent written requirements, describe them in your enquiry. We will clarify the agreed work rather than assuming that the same stamp is needed for every destination.

Three more questions

Can I start with a scan or an ordinary PDF?

You can begin with a description of the document. If a preliminary copy is needed later, we will explain how to provide it safely. A scan is useful for assessment but does not replace a wet-signed original or an accepted official digital route. An emailed PDF is not automatically a document with a certified digital signature. We explain what is required for the agreed service before asking you to send originals.

Can a foreign-issued document receive a Danish apostille?

The Danish Ministry does not legalise documents issued in another country. The country of issue is therefore an essential part of our first check. A Danish notarial endorsement is not a general workaround for a foreign document. Let us know which country and authority issued it so we can explain whether our Danish document-handling service is appropriate. Please do not send an original before receiving instructions.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

When you contact us, your enquiry will be acknowledged and reviewed by the team. We will clarify the document and intended use, ask any necessary follow-up questions and propose the next step. Where we can help, the scope and fee are agreed before paid work begins. Instructions for original documents, official digital forwarding, collection or delivery are provided for your case.
