You tell us what you need. We confirm the accepted service, handle the agreed work and return your document with DHL Express.
Choose the document type and tell us where it will be used. Include the number of documents and any deadline, so we can prepare a useful reply.
We review your request, clarify the relevant preparation and confirm the work, service price and delivery arrangements. You can ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.
Once we have confirmed the accepted document and arrangements, you send the original to our Danish address. We confirm receipt so you know it has arrived.

We review the received document and arrange the agreed apostille handling with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If a question arises, we contact you with the next step.
The Ministry issues the apostille. Our role is to coordinate the accepted document-handling service. Additional preparation is discussed before extra paid work is undertaken.
After the legalisation work is completed, we arrange DHL Express return to the address you have confirmed. We share tracking after dispatch.
Document readiness, any prior preparation, authority handling and courier transit are separate parts of the schedule. We discuss the estimate for your request and destination rather than promising one universal completion time.
