Our apostille handling service is €245, with DHL Express return included. The same service price applies across the eligible document categories on our website. We confirm suitability and the required preparation before payment; a request involving several documents needs confirmation of the total.
Your business should know what is covered before sending an original. The agreement identifies the documents and the handling accepted. If a request falls outside that scope, we explain the additional preparation or alternative arrangements rather than treating every business paper as identical.
Return delivery built into the process
Once the agreed legalisation work is completed, we arrange DHL Express return to your confirmed address and share tracking after dispatch. This is particularly useful when the person coordinating the request is working abroad or when the document needs to reach a different office.
Authority handling and transport are separate parts of the timetable. We discuss the estimate for your document and destination, so your team can plan around a realistic sequence rather than assuming one universal delivery date.
